Account and data deletion
This page is for Auksionline users. You can send a request without installing the app.
How to submit a request
- Write to support@auksionline.com from the email address linked to your account.
- Use the subject “Auksionline account deletion” and state that you want to delete your account and associated personal data.
- If you cannot access that email address, tell support. To protect the account, you will need to verify that it belongs to you. Never send anyone your password.
Data covered by the request
Profile data (name, email, phone number and photo), listings and their photos, bids, favorites, purchase requests and account-related notifications. Support must explain which data cannot be deleted immediately, why and how long it will be retained.
In the app, open Settings → Security → Delete account and confirm. The account and associated records are removed from the live database, then you are signed out. Local photos are cleaned up through a queue that retries errors. Payment records are kept separately for five years from the payment date and automatically deleted, except records subject to a lawful preservation requirement. Backups, support emails and old external files are not covered by automatic live-database cleanup.
